The Detonics Collection of Col. Robert Gideon

This was the personal collection of Col. Robert Gideon, USAF Retired, my best friend for the last 20-25 years of his life. Many of these guns are exceptionally rare, and some are one of a kind.

Colonel Gideon had many friends and contacts at Detonics' nearby factory and offices in Bellevue and Seattle WA during the time he built this collection in the 1980s and 90s. He passed away in January 2005, and his widow asked me to liquidate the collection. In accordance with Col Gideon's wishes, it was offered for sale as a collection only. It has been sold to a collector who wishes to remain anonymous, but I am keeping this web site up as a courtesy to other Detonics collectors and in honor of my friend.
